A Great Fat Loss Workout for You

Your objective should be to do about ten repetitions of two exercises, one after the other followed by a break which should be no more than a minute. The next exercise will be one using only the Swiss ball. What you need to do is place your feet on the Swiss ball and face the floor. Support your body with the arms and gently begin the normal push-up routine. Continue this set with moderate speed and without much fluctuation in tempo and intensity. If you are a beginner then you may want to have added support in the form of a smaller Swiss ball under your chest.
