There are many women out there that really want to get in the best shape but they can’t because they can’t join a gym. My sister is a good example of this as she lives downtown DC. The first thing you need to do is get some weights because weight training for women is really important. And since space in limited, you can only have so much so you need to choose wisely. You probably should be a ten, fifteen,twenty five, and thirty pounds dumbbell weights over time. Those emails should be enough to really let you get amazing exercises in for your workout plans so you can build that lean muscle and burn that fat quickly.
Bands are the second type of exercise equipment you need. Weight training doesn’t always have to be only weights and when you don’t have a lot of room, bands are great. Bands can come in lots of different resistance levels and you should work to get them all. Bands are amazing because you can really use your imagination about how you want to use them and you can do so much with them including circuit workouts too.
Third, the stability ball is another thing you really need. The only bad thing about the stability ball is how much room it tends to take up. Many women use it as the chair to their desk as a way to integrate it better. When it comes to working out with a stability ball, they are great because they help bring more balance in your exercise routines which really helps burn fat.
Fourth, you are going to need a jump rope. This is very inexpensive and it’s one of the very best pieces of cardio equipment. It’s so easy to use your jump rope in every workout and get a great cardio blast to help further burn fat. When you get your jump rope, make sure you get a speed rope because that gives you the most versatility for what you need to do.
Finally, you need a pull up bar for a door in your place. Women that can do pull ups are hard to find but they really help you build lean muscle which helps you burn fat. Plus a pull up bar can be used for tons of great exercises and they really help round out an amazing workout that you can do in your home.
This is the equipment you need that will allow you to never really need a gym again and always have the ability to get a great workout in.
